个人简介
Dr. Amitabh Anand is a professor at La Rochelle's Excelia Business School. He has received several awards for his research, including the South Asian Journal of Human Resources "Excellence in Peer Review Award," the Organization Studies Research Network's "Emerging Scholar Award," and a nomination for the Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital Excellence Award for a Best Case Study on ShaRP.
He was the only one from Europe to make it to the distinguished 2018 list of "Top 50 Best Professors in the World" out of 400 nominations by Poets and Quants, USA, for his teachings and influence on students' learning.
He serves on the editorial boards of several top-ranked journals. As a review editor for 'International Studies of Management and Organization' and a member of the editorial advisory/review board for 'International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Research,' 'Management Decision,' 'Employee Relations,' 'International Journal of Organizational Analysis,' and 'Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies,'
He is proficient in techniques for conducting literature reviews, qualitative inductive methods, and tools such as bibliometrics and artificial intelligence-based text analysis. Additionally, created and designed new frameworks and models for conducting literature reviews in order to improve academic scholars' scientific and rigor. His articles have appeared in the Journal of Business Venturing (FT Top 50), Computers in Human Behavior, Journal of Knowledge Management, Personnel Review, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Service, and Management International, among other publications. Additionally, he has served as a Guest Editor for 'Information Systems Frontiers,' 'Sustainability,' and 'AI Frontiers.'
His research is interdisciplinary, with a particular emphasis on knowledge management, knowledge sharing/hiding, entrepreneurship, abusive leadership, virtue behavior, ethics, digital technologies for development, technology application in human behavior, digital behavior, and research methods.
HRM-OB, Digital Globalization, and Doing Business in Europe are the subjects taught. He is a member of the European Academy of Management, IFKAD, and the Origiin IP Academy, as well as a visiting faculty member at a number of foreign institutes.
