个人简介
Allam M. Ameen received the B.Sc. degree from the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University, Zagazig, Egypt, in 2009, the M.Sc. degree in the area of the design, simulation, fabrication, and measurement of microstrip patch antennas applied to mobile handset systems for 4G applications in electrical engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree in the area of design and implementation of wideband MIMO antenna systems applied to intelligent transportation systems and connected vehicles (V2V) from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2022.
In 2016, he joined Electronics Research Institute (ERI), Cairo, as an Assistant Researcher, where he is currently a Researcher with Microstrip Department. He works as a member of a TRIEIC Incubator at ERI. His research interests include the design, simulation, and fabrication of microstrip antenna arrays for wideband applications in the microwave band. Also, he is interested in antenna mutual coupling reduction using EBG and DGS, leaky-wave antennas, RFID, transparent antennas, MM-wave and 5G antennas, and MIMO antenna systems.
Dr. Ameen has been awarded several prizes, such as the Award of Sixth Place in 2019, Fourth Place in 2020, Sixth Place in 2021, and First Place in 2022 for the Best Researcher in ERI. He is also an accredited reviewer for several international journals, such as The Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society, Progress in Electromagnetics Research, and Radioengineering.
