个人简介
Food Engineer (2008), Master in Food Science and Technology from the State University of Ponta Grossa (2011) and Ph.D. in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná (2014). Effective Professor at the Department of Food Engineering (UEPG) and Member of the Graduate Program in Food Science and Technology. She has participated in the Apple Working Group (GTM) since 2005, acting as a supervisor for Scientific Initiation, Master and Doctoral Students in Food Science and Technology and in the Technological School of Milk and Cheese of Campos Gerais (ETLQueijos). He has experience in Food Science, Technology and Engineering, with emphasis on the Extraction of bioactive compounds, Beverage Technology, Fermentation Technology, Fruit Technology and Animal Products Technology and Analysis by Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
