个人简介
Alessandro loves reading, writing, breathing, diving, cooking, playing, painting, seeing, drawing and skiing. But mostly breathing.
He has a humanistic background (MA in Science of Communication), quickly appears on the decadent stage of advertisement in the late nineties, and finally finds his vocation-obsession in game development (ITE, NDS, LEGO). In 2004 founds the game development studio Tabula Rasa and receives support from EU Media Desk. In September 2006 he starts a Ph.D. project about game worlds in cooperation with IO Interactive (Square Enix) and Denmark's School of Design. He now dwells at the crossroads of industry and academia, weaving psychology and design to understand players' behavior, motivations and personality. Currently based in Boston at Northeastern University, he dreams of a parallel life as marine biologist studying the mimetic properties of cuttlefish.
