Bio
I am currently a postdoctoral research associate at Oak Ridge National Lab within the Transportation Analytics and Decision Sciences group. I graduated with my PhD from Northwestern University in September 2019, for which my dissertation developed new approaches to understanding and promoting behavioral change in the context of active and shared mobility adoption. My overarching research interest is the interplay among transportation systems, community-based policy interventions, and education strategies. All of this is framed through the lens of individual well-being, particularly in relation to how social and self-identity construction is an overlooked process when investigating resistance to change and openness to learning, which are both key factors in reaching societal sustainability and public health outcomes!
