Bio
Alberto Quintero Gamez is a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Organization from University Carlos III of Madrid since 2016, and Master in Industrial Mathematics from the same university since 2012. He obtained the degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Los Andes -Venezuela in 2008.
Alberto has been involved in different research and development projects for the last 10 years related with microtechnology, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and energy storage, including nanoemulsions and pharmaceutical formulation of compounds, improvement of the refrigeration system on wind turbines, development of energy storage systems involving microfluidics concepts, among others.
He has published scientific papers about study and optimization of heat transfer systems from the thermal and fluid mechanics point of view, and participated in presentations of the different projects that he worked. He has experience in teaching different subjects as Homogenous chemical reactors design, fluid mechanics, and calculus. Also, he has been in charge of leading projects with small groups of people involved.
