Alan V. Di Vittorio received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1996, and the M.S. degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2000. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in ecosystem science at the University of California. He is currently a Research Associate for the Center for Assessment and Monitoring of Forest and Environmental Resources, Berkeley, CA.
