个人简介
I currently work with biologists, chemists, and informaticians, using machine learning and statistics to guide drug discovery.
I have worked with other geneticists to find structure in transcriptional regulation, by analyzing epigenomic data down to the single-cell level. I also devise basic machine learning algorithms for learning predictive models, for genomics and other applications.
