Aidan is a paediatric registrar, scientific researcher, and medical academic. He’s a paediatric registrar at Sydney Children’s Hospital, with a Master of Medicine from the University of Sydney, interested in paediatrics and public health. He’s a research affiliate at the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre and Sydney Children’s Hospital, and PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, experienced in meta-research and research methods. He’s an adjunct lecturer at the University of Sydney, and a conjoint associate lecturer at the University of New South Wales and Western Sydney University, knowledgeable in evidence-based medicine and clinical epidemiology. He’s deputy chair of the Council of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, and a member of the Council of the Australian Medical Association (NSW) and the Board of the Association for Interdisciplinary Meta-Research and Open.
