Extensive experience in lab-based product discovery and complex immunogenicity analyses. Part of the US Government’s response to the CoVID-19 pandemic with emphasis upon immune assay design, development, implementation, and FDA validation for the assessment of phase 3 vaccine trials.

Thorough knowledge of vaccine design, identification and assessment of monoclonal antibodies specific for influenza and HIV. Co-Director of PREMISE, a global network for pandemic preparedness at the VRC. Experience planning, building and strategically positioning programs; the logistics, development, deployment of analytical resources, financial and human resource management.
