A highly committed, enthusiastic and empathetic researcher and academic with years of teaching experiences across educational levels. Adeleke’s credentials were in Education at Bachelorette and graduate levels.
Adeleke has proven abilities in teaching, knowledge of quantitative, qualitative, critical appraisal and analytic research methods; research enterprise, curriculum evaluation, examination and advisory roles. He specializes in Education Studies with foci on Early Childhood Development, Child Psychology and Educational Intervention pedagogues. He was awarded the fellowship of Fafunwa Educational Foundation and won research grant for his local university.
He works extremely well with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams. His ultimate goal is 'value addition' seeded in optimal improvement of childcare and education aligned with global practice supportive of the accomplishment of institutional visions. Adeleke is open to new ideas, challenges, learning experiences and skills in international contexts; collaborative and flexible.
