个人简介
Initially trained as an engineer, my scientific background covers the organizations levels from plant biochemistry to crop production. I am experienced in modelling different aspects in agronomy and ecophysiology of plants and crops. Having worked in several countries, I have also a cross-cultural background. On top of that, I got a MBA in Strategic Management from one of the major Universities in the world. My current work in France encompasses theoretical and experimental developments oriented to Functional-Structural Modelling of forage plants and crops as well as intercropped annual crops. I am applying “individual based modelling” and high throughput phenotyping of field-grown grasses in order to extract information on the heritability of agronomically important traits. This should help plant breeders to create varieties adapted to future climate conditions.
