Bio
Abdulkadir Yurt (S’10) received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2008. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering at Boston University, Boston, MA.
His research interests include label-free optical nanoparticle detection and characterization and optical microscopy for fault isolation and failure analysis of integrated circuits.
Mr. Yurt is a member of the IEEE Photonics Society.
