Bio
Andreas Tröls was born in Linz, Austria, in 1985. He received the Dipl.-Ing. (M.Sc.) degree in technical physics from Johannes Kepler University, Linz, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institute for Microelectronics and Microsensors, Johannes Kepler University, in May 2021. Since 2014, he has been working as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Microelectronics and Microsensors, Johannes Kepler University, to attain his Ph.D. degree with research focus on finite element fluid flow simulations, fluid-fluid interface tracking simulations, and experimental physics, especially applications and research of the electrowetting effect with the utilization of computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
