Bio
Aleksandar J. Krmpot received the Ph.D. degree in quantum optics from
the University of Belgrade, Serbia, in 2010. He is a Research Associate at the Institute of Physics, University of
Belgrade. During M.Sc. and Ph.D studies, he was investigating the evolution of the coherently prepared atoms
traversing different laser beams profiles. His main research activities are quantum optics and biophotonics. His
current research activities are development and application of nonlinear microscopy for biohotonics structures studies
in Institute of physics, Belgrade, Serbia and multifocal correlation microscopy for studies of molecular diffusion
dynamics at Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden.
