个人简介
I was recruited in 2012 as CNRS researcher after a PhD in physics at Polytechnic of Milan working on epitaxial growth of metals and oxides for Spintronics and a postoctorate at LPN-CNRS working on Nanophotonics for Photovoltaics. My research activity is currently focused on light trapping in ultra-thin and tandem solar cells (III-V, CIGS, Si) as well as on Molecular Beam Epitaxy of III-V nanowires for the fabrication of a nanowire-based tandem on silicon. To support the activities on photovoltaics, I also develop low-cost and large surface area nanofabrication technologies based on Nanoimprint lithography mainly using sol-gel derived materials.
