个人简介
A. Arockia Bazil Raj (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, India, and the M.E. degree in communication systems and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication technology from Anna University, Chennai, India. His Ph.D. research on free space optical signal processing was fully funded by the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), New Delhi, India, under the ER&IPR Project Grant. He was an Assistant Professor with the Kings College of Engineering, Thanjavur, India, from 2002 to 2006, where he was an Associate Professor with the Laser Communication Laboratory (LCL), Research, Development and Establishment (RDE) Section, from September 2007 to September 2015. He has been working as an Associate Professor with the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Pune, India, since October 2015. He has delivered several invited talks and headed national/international conference sessions. He has authored more than 200 technical papers published in reputed international journals and conferences. He has successfully completed/investigated various research-projects/consultancy-projects sponsored by government and non-government sectors/laboratories/industries. He has published three books that are designed based on his teaching, research, and consultancy experiences. He is a reviewer in various journals of IEEE, Springer, OSA, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, SAGE, and Elsevier. His current research interests cover the FSO communications, digital signal processing, RF photonics, and radar signal processing.
