More than ten years of research experience in synthesizing and characterizing various kinds of carbon, carbon nano-composites, conductive polymer nanostructures and other nano-scale hetero-structures, studying their self-assembly and applications in renewable energy storage and conversion systems, such as: lithium-ion batteries, lithium-sulfur batteries, lithium-air batteries, sodium-ion batteries, magnesium-ion batteries, fuel cells, and super-capacitors.
More than ten years of research experience in synthesizing and characterizing functional polymer materials and their various applications in chemical and biological protection, biomedicines, catalysts, and environments.
Significant interest and solid theoretical background in solar cells, photo-electrochemical water splitting systems, hydrogen storage, and CO2 capture.
