Houyu Zhou, A ssociate professor at Jing Hengyi School of Education , Hangzhou Normal University. Research areas: problem diagnosis and adaptive behavior strategies at individual research levels such as mental health, emotional management, stress coping measures, interpersonal intelligence, social intelligence, proactive behaviors, innovative and entrepreneurial behaviors, environmental adaptability, leadership behaviors and career planning of different student and professional groups; students' learning psychology and behaviors, teachers' teaching psychology and behaviors; problem diagnosis and adaptive behavior strategies of group and organization levels, including initiative and innovative behaviors of profit and non-profit organizations. Projects in charge: one Humanities and Social Sciences Project of Ministry of Education, four provincial teaching reform projects, one provincial education science planning project, three municipal and departmental projects, and one crossing research project. Honors: Excellent Teacher in Hangzhou Education System; “Top Ten Teachers” of Hangzhou Normal University; Excellent Instructor of Zhejiang Career Planning Contest; Excellent Instructor of the first National Teaching Skills Competition for Full-time Master of Education in Mental Health Education. More than 30 academic papers have been published in journals such as Psychological Development and Education, Psychological Science and Teacher Education Research.
