Bio
研究方向为食品质量与安全,一是基于现代生物分析技术的食品质量安全快速检测、鉴别与溯源方法研究及产品研发;二是基于现代组学技术的农产品品质分析、营养机理及功能成分研究。近年来主持科技部基础性工作专项、科技部国际合作、公益性行业科研专项、行业标准制定、中国农科院院长基金等课题子课题多项;在国内外期刊发表论文60余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者40余篇,含SCI收录第一或通讯作者论文30篇,影响因子累积达100,5分以上的文章有8篇,累计他引290余次;以第一发明人申请发明专利10项,获授权2项;
