主要取得的成果包括:发展了系列高效纳米生物探针与生物传感器,论文被选为封面论文、年度亮点论文或ESI 1%高被引论文。研制了多套微流控体液生物检测仪样机(电化学、光学、磁学),微流控器官仿真芯片(肿瘤转移、血脑屏障)。发展了基于微液滴技术的肿瘤单细胞荧光分选、高通量单细胞测序及单细胞培养技术。合作发展了基于鬼成像的超分辨光学显微成像技术,参与了生物极弱磁测量装置的研制。
