I use bioinformatics, genomics, proteomics, electrophysiology, Ca2+ imaging, confocal microscopy, molecular biology, and various functional study approaches to investigate the physiological and pathological functions of ion channels, especially TRP channels and store-operated Ca2+ channels. My functional studies focus on vascular functions, neuronal functions, cancer cell biology, and mitochondrial Ca2+ signal.
