Led and established ACT as an industry leading chemistry technology group in parallel library synthesis, high throughput experimentation , and the implementation of a suite of chemistry technologies to facilitate drug discovery research; pioneer in the development and implementation of enabling chemistry technologies/platforms/capabilities - Built HTE function and Late Stage Functionalization (LSF) platforms within AbbVie Discovery; championed/led multiple cross functional projects and enterprise initiatives - File enhancement; thermodynamic/kinetic profiling; Strategic Monomer Initiative; Machine learning in Chemistry; drug discovery experience in directing several med chem projects; primary/corresponding author for 35+ publications in peer reviewed journal.
