I'm an Research Associate with Institute of Sanjiangyuan National Park & Northwest Institute of Plateau Biology, CAS. My interest is community assembly and ecosystem functions of alpine grasslands on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. Currently, I'm working on the effects of grassland managements and land use/cover change on plant communities, functional traits and ecosystem functions, forage quality, and the sustainable and adapative management of the integrated rangeland-cropland-livestock system.
