Bio
围绕铁电存储材料,设计和研制满足类脑功能需求的神经形态器件,硬件构筑类脑神经网络芯片,开发硬件神经形态计算及存内计算等方面的应用。与法国巴黎-萨克雷大学的巴黎中央理工(ECP)、巴黎综合理工(X)和巴黎十一大、CNRS/Thales,瑞士洛桑联邦理工大学(EPFL)等著名科研院所保持长期紧密合作。
先后入选中国科学院院长特别奖、中国博士后创新计划、上海市扬帆计划,上海市晨光计划。
