Bio
长期从事电磁场与微波技术学科领域的科研与教学工作,主要研究领域为全固态太赫兹关键技术与系统,获电子科技大学十大“先进工作者”称号。目前主持太赫兹项目30余项,其中主持863重点项目4项,主持自然科学基金重大研究计划、优秀青年基金、面上基金和青年基金各1项,主持民口863主题项目2项,以及主持横向项目30余项。先后前往英国RAL实验室、英国伦敦大学玛丽女王学院等单位留学访问。在IEEE MTT、EDL、MWCL等期刊和太赫兹相关国际会议上发表THz领域高水平文章近100篇,其中有50余篇被SCI、EI检索,唯一通讯作者ESI高被引论文1篇;牵头申请太赫兹领域国家发明专利30余项,已授权20余项。
