Bio
主要从事无机固体化学研究。曾建立了溶剂热制备非氧化物材料的方法,提出了多种二元特征结构协同策略,实现了系列复杂结构的功能纳米材料的构筑;提出了利用无机固体中丰富的相变行为及半导体二维超薄结构等新思路来实现电、声输运的同步调制,获得了高效热电材料;发展了无机类石墨烯化学,解决了其超薄结构无法给出精确原子位置的难题;揭示了系列半导体二维超薄结构的精细结构、电子结构与热电、光电基本性能之间的调控规律。以上相关工作以通讯作者身份发表包含Nature Commun. 5篇、J. Am. Chem. Soc. 21篇、Angew. Chem. 18篇和Adv. Mater. 14篇在内的SCI论文300多篇;另以第一作者发表Science 1篇。被SCI引用超过14000次,以通讯作者统计的H因子为66。相关工作两次入选了中国科学院重大科技基础设施重大成果。
