朱蓓薇长期致力于水产品及农产品精深加工的基础理论和应用研究,主持国家973计划前期研究专项、“十一五”科技支撑计划、“十二五”863计划项目、“十三五”重点研发计划专项、国际合作重大项目、国家农转资金计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目等项目30余项。解决了多项食品加工领域的技术难题,创造了显著的社会效益和经济效益。在海洋食品的深加工技术方面取得了一系列创新性成果。
