To attain a challenging and rewarding position in semiconductor industry.
I will graduate this May as a PHD in material science and engineering, my research is focused on the growth of group four thin films on Silicon substrates which are used to develop new generation devices such aslasers. I have lots of experience in MBE and CVD system, and the characterization techniques such as RBS, AFM, XRD, XPS, Auger.
Specialties: Familiar with MBE, CVD, RBS, AFM , XRD , XPS
