Endophyte diversity and space-time dynamics in sugar beet on the north slope of Tianshan mountain

This topic by using the cultivating method modified gradient gel electrophoresis (DDGE) and terminal restriction fragment length diversity beet endophytes (T - RFLP) research the genetic diversity and community structure; Using can beet cultivation methods nearly natural research succession regularity and dynamic changes of endogenous bacteria. Three parent hybridization method, using green fluorescent protein gene GFP marked advantage endogenous bacteria; Technology transformation and potted method, studied the colonization of endophytic bacteria. By sugar beet endophytic fungi diversity and colonization rule research, clear composition and structure of the beet endophytes, proven endophytes succession law and dynamic change, and concluded that the endogenous bacteria colonization rule for sugar beet endophytes in-depth study and application to provide theory and practice basis.
