Wenlei Li received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Northeast Electric Power University, Jilin, China, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2003. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Visiting Scholar with Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He is currently a Professor with the Faculty of Information Science and Engineering, Ningbo University, Ningbo, China. His research interests include robust control of nonlinear systems and stability control of micro-grids.
