Bio
教授,博士生导师。曾获教育部自然科学奖一等奖,江苏省医学科技二等奖、中国药理学施维雅青年药理学家奖。主要研究方向为炎症反应消退的机制及药物调控。炎症是许多复杂疾病的共性病理基础,亦是医药学领域的前沿科学问题。与炎症的发生(onset)相比,人们对于炎症消退(resolution)机制的认识相对薄弱,现有抗炎药物亦主要针对前者,鲜有针对后者的药物。我们综合采用学科交叉的方法,包括分子生物学技术、化学生物学技术、药理学、组学等技术,聚焦于发现炎症消退的新机制,并从中寻找可供药物调控的关键切入点。围绕模式识别受体NLRP3与cGAS,针对结肠炎的病理机制及药物干预及结直肠癌的免疫分子表型及其精准治疗展开研究。
