Development of a Model for the Task of Managing the Operation of a Service-Oriented Information System

The relevance of solving the problem of managing the operation of service-oriented information systems is determined. Research has been carried out on a number of modern scientific studies in the field of information systems operation management. The aim of the study is formulated as development of a model for the task of managing the operation of a service-oriented information system. The influence of a service-oriented approach on the formal description of the tasks of life cycle processes management is reviewed. A mathematical model of the task of managing the operation of a service-oriented information system has been developed. The basis of this model is the formal descriptions of requests for changes from system services. As a formal description of the request for change is proposed to use a knowledge-oriented model of this request. Description of the purpose functions and constraint systems of the formulated management task is highlighted. The main features are considered and the groups of information technology services built on the basis of the developed model are highlighted.
